are kids allowed?
While we absolutely love your littles, this is a kid-free wedding. If you'd like, you're more than welcome to bring your kids with you to Vail. It's a very family friendly town! However, please arrange a babysitter to watch them during the main events on Friday & Saturday.
what's the weather in Colorado?
Expect crisp mountain air with daytime highs in the 30s–40s°F and chilly nights below freezing. Snow is still common, and there’s often a beautiful blanket on the ground.

what's the wedding dress code?
The dress code for our wedding ceremony and reception is black tie preferred. Men, tuxes are encouraged, but a dark colored suit will also suffice. Ladies, long dresses or gowns are encouraged. Make sure you bring a jacket for the short walk from the chapel.

how do we get to the wedding?
Vail is a very walkable town. NO matter where you are staying, you will be a short walk to the chapel and Sonnenalp. There is also a bus that loops through all of Vail.

tell me more about the aprés ski day!
Instead of a welcome party, we are hosting an Aprés ski day on Saturday. Join us on the slopes in the morning and we will ski down to the aprés party where there will be sips and small bites. Come fresh off the slopes or in your best Aprés fit!
